The name Empower Pilates and Wellness Center represents the type of studio I plan to create. The goal is to offer clients an experience that enhances their health, strength and movement in an atmosphere of positivity and inclusiveness. I have chosen to continue this business because of the wonderful community that we have at Pilates Body. Each class and the time spent with all of you is truly a joy. It would be an honor if you choose to continue your practice at Empower Pilates.

No experience is necessary! We offer classes for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through the basics.

A typical class includes a warm-up, a series of exercises focusing on different muscle groups, and a cool-down. Instructors will provide modifications as needed. We recommend you wear comfortable form-fitting clothing that allows for movement.
